For this I will review your current webshop and create a list of "easy to achieve" improvements to get better results for your webshop. These recommendations should then be implemented by your current content and/or development teams.
Make the right moves long term to facilitate ecommerce growth in a way that aligns with and supports the other goals at the company. This requires me to get familiar with other (non-)ecommerce departments to assess what their targets are in order create a roadmap that supports all departments and optimizes the growth potential.
E-commerce roadmap planning
This is a long term collaboration where I manage the day to day ecommerce activities as well as build up a long term roadmap. As this requires juggling a lot of to do lists and responsibilities at once, I will only take on this kind of project for 1 client at a time. Currently I am already working on a long term assignment in this capacity.

What can I not do for you
Webdesign. Even though I definitely have my preferences in terms of user interface and interaction design; I am not a designer. I can support your design process from a usability poibt of view and can definitely recommend some good designers, but the creative part is best left to the true creatives.
Online marketing optimization. The social and search engine advertising is a quick changing field of expertive where you really need to be continuously training and satying up to date with the latest tech roll outs to understand how to optimize the accounts. I can analyse the numbers and work on the scope of new/changing campaigns, but the day to day optimization of online marketing strategies is a skill I do not possess.
Development. I do not know how to code and this is not an ambition for me either.
